XQ Digital was founded in 2018 to support companies in the digitalization of their business models and processes. The founders of XQ Digital have experienced digitalization themselves since the turn of the millennium in a wide variety of companies - from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies - and in different positions - from employees and management to founders and investors - and want to pass on this knowledge.

Events such as the introduction of the WWW and e-mail in marketing, the bursting of the dot-com bubble, the fall of industry leaders such as Nokia or Blackberry and not forgetting the invention of the smartphone by Appel all took place during this period.

The effects of these changes were always drastic, if not disruptive, for companies and it was important to understand these changes as quickly as possible, to check to what extent they were useful or dangerous for one’s own business and to react accordingly. Above all, it has become increasingly important to act quickly and decisively.

Successful companies have therefore also adapted their corporate culture, processes and working methods. Change and culture management have become increasingly important disciplines.
